What is The B. Arrington Collective?

The B. Arrington Collective is an expansion of my personal brand. It was created as a means to take my educational background and training as a midwife, and expand to offer services to women through all stages of life as they strive for health and wellness.

What is a midwife?

Midwife means “with woman.” A midwife is a health practitioner with education and training to take care of women during childbearing years and beyond. Most midwives specialize in pregnancy but many (including myself) provide gynecologic and wellness therapies as well.

Where are you located?

My home base is currently in Greenville, South Carolina but with virtual options, I’m fortunate enough to work with many people in other ways.

How do I keep up with what you're doing?

About Me

Hello! Thanks for coming to learn more about me. I am a wife, mother, and nurse midwife among many other titles. I have dedicated the last 13 years of my life to celebrating and empowering women in the healthcare setting. As a midwife of color, I work hard to increase awareness of midwifery options locally and nationally. I also strive to provide a level of care, comfort, and attention during adolescence, pregnancy, and the years that follow, that leaves all women feeling listened to and cared for.

One of my greatest accomplishments is becoming a mother to a little girl named Eden in 2018. Becoming a mother has been one of the most humbling and amazing experiences of my life. I have grown as a woman and found renewed purpose for my work. The care I received from midwives during my pregnancy and after, further solidified my commitment to being “with woman.”
